For the past 26 years, my passion for cooking has motivated me to be the best chef around. I have exemplified my skills of cooking all throughout the tri-state area: from CT to New York to Pennsylvania. I specialize in gourmet dishes, such as, blackened salmon, seafood lasagna, turkey ribs and southern cuisine. After working in the industry for so long, I am now at a point in my life where I am passionate and comfortable with creating a business of my own.


I am introducing a new concept that will revolutionize the already successful food truck industry. 


Lucky's Star Bus Cafe is a transformed bus that offers a gourmet dine in and out experience. It allows it's customers to come in and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, accompanied by serene jazz music, while eating exquisite food. It also allows its customers to approach the side for a much faster experience.
